No amenities whatsoever, not even a bar of soap in the bathroom. I was lucky to find some toilet tissue and a couple of towels. No alarm clock, no hot water in the shower, just a dump... I expected a bit more for a 3 star rating as well as the other good reviews on your site.
wifi very slow, other than that not bad.
This is a pleasant centrally located place but it does have a few quirks -- no cafe, for example, although there are plenty of reasonable places within a few minutes' walking distance. Also the staff are pretty challenged when it comes to speaking English, except for the manager, Phil, who was extremely clued-in and helpful and can be reached by telephone from the front desk. So be prepared to semaphore desperately outside his shift timings.
