The location of this hotel is unbeatable. The one thing that really lets it down is the Wi-Fi service. Despite what the hotel says, I can confirm the Wi-Fi is a disgrace. It may as not not exist because if you are lucky to be able to connect then it constantly drops out. I made the hotel aware of this and their response was "there are many users". Iin other words, bad luck. If you read other online reviews about this hotel they all say the same thing. The Wi-Fi is terrible. If you rely on Wi-Fi during your travels stay clear of this hotel. If Wi-Fi is not important then this hotel has the thumbs up from me. Unfortunately I will not be returning as I consider a stable internet connection to be an important part of my travels.

Hotel has excellent location to malls and BTS. The surrounding areas are not sleazy so definitely felt safe when staying there or coming back late at night. Would definitely stay here again if coming back to Bangkok.
