This hotel was WONDERFUL. Only a 5 minute walk from MAJOR shopping complexes of MBK and SIAM group (paragon, centre, discovery) Everyone in the hotel was friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast. We were spoiled for choice and for the rest of our holiday no other place lived up to it!
Great set up, excellent gym facilities for those who are inclined (I Used them, cardio room however didn't have it's air con on until after 7am) Pool was clean and the food was delicious! Easy access to Sky train, street food and 7/11 (all important) Quiet rooms made it easy for us all to get a great rest.

overall experience is pleasant except on the first day where I was told by reception to spend few hours in a nearby mall because the room is not ready until 5:00 pm i was pissed off and i can't get a shower after a long trip.
