I've been here one year before, enjoying the very good service... but cannot find this again this time. I'm very much disappointed about room (with room upgrate - where was the upgrade?) and staff service. For sure, we change...
Value for money,good location and most important all the front line staff are helpful and alway have a smiling face. good work keep it up.
Great hotel with great staff!... the executive part was defenatly worth it!... next time i go to Bangkok i will stay att centara grand again! best location in Bkk!
