Overall, Asia Hotel is the right place to stay when I am travelling to Bangkok due to it is located in the right place and easy to travl by using BTS. However, the hotel should improve check-in and check-out processes due to it takes long time to finish espeacilly in check-out processes.

There was overbooking and they move us to another hotel during one night.

Check-in and check-out procedures are very bureaucratic and unnecessary. Great potential for improvement. Too much paperwork and slow. Otherwise good. Great service.
