Japanese staff was very kind and efficient, not only with regard to the in-house issues, but also with respect to reconfirmation, inquiry and several request to the next hotel in Sukhothai.
This hotel is an oasis of peace in the heart of Bangkok and the staff is very welcoming and smiling. Would recommend.
Definitely the best hotel we have stayed in.
