I never heard about a roomservice where you have to pick up the ordered food yourself in the hotelbar :(

good value, you get what you pay for.
the internet access in lobby is very cumbersome to use, logging in in time, keeping log in details. For an inclusive service its irritatingly awkward to access and use.
please try and make it more user friendly.
