H-Residence

The hotel is in its 'soft opening' and is still being fitted and completed. The place smells very new and they are still working on completing each floor. The location is a bit tucked away, but they offer a tuk tuk to the main road and within a few minutes walk you can find some local food places and street food for sale, but this is more limited at night. There are two BTS stations near by (within 10 min walk) and it was close to the embassy district and BNH Hospital. The hotel does not have city views, rather a view of the building across the road and the local houses. The pool is not open despite saying it would be by Feb.

no one told us that this hotel was not finished and that we will hear "bang bang bang" all day long from the construction staff! and from the pictures you think there are swimming pool and fitness centre but there is nothing! as a reservation website you should be aware of this! we decided to ask to change hotel because we could not stand the noise anymore! we came there to rest not to feel at work!

it will be surely a great hotel, staff extremally kind, clean great: hotel is new BUT THERE IS A PROBLEM; IT S NOT STILL FINISH BUILDING; I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY ABOUT IT, I SHOULD ASK REFOUND; SWIMMING POOL NOT YET READY SO IS CLOSED, REFRIGERATOR HAS ANY SERVICE BAR, RESTAURANT CLOSE 6PM, NOISY RUMORS ABOUT BUILDING, WIRELESS DOESNT WORK WAITING TO FIX, WELL YOU SHOULD REALLY ADVISE CUSTOMER BEFORE TO OFFER ROOMS: I REPEAT STAFF VERY KIND AND GREAT CLEAN, BUT ACTUALLY STILL IN BUILDING SO I WILL NEVER COME BACK ANYMORE UNTILL WORKS ARE OVER.
