Firts Time the reception was good. The second time ( booked directly) not so good. Facilities such as Spa and Sauna is turned off. We have to ask to turn on. Also Spa , sauna, pool closed at 9:00 PM opened at 9:00 Am for travellers not quie the timings. Breakfast not much value if you are vegetarian (200 THB pp) . No taxi driver or people even in Sathon are knew where this hotel was. OK hotel if you are 2 people. 700 THB for extra bed for older child is poor value. Especially the room we were given second time was in very poor condition (worn Carpet, stffy , etc)
Very comfortable, well decorated, attentive and friendly staff, good breakfast variety, varied room service menu, great location just 2 blocks from BTS station, lots of shopping and food options. Booking online a great bargain over walk in price.
Die Lage ist Super es sind gerade mal 50m zur Haltestelle Skytrain und Boot. Wir hatten aber Kakerlaken im Zimmer. Wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht wollten aber gerne ein Frühstück haben. Wir haben ausdrücklich gesagt, wir werden dafür gesondert aufkommen. Das konnte man uns leider nicht Anbieten. Vor dem Hotel steht ein beleuchtet Schild mit der Aufschrift "Free Laundry" für einen Beutel Wäsche hat man uns 25 Euro (umgerechnet) Berechnet. Das Waschen der Wäsche konnte man uns gesondert in Rechnung stellen das Frühstück offensichtlich nicht.
