We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. My wife and I and 3 young kids. it is a home away from home. Spaciaous 2 bed room is a big apartment. Service was excellent. Conciege people are perfect. Specially the lady I beleive her name is May. She was really helpfull and we were happy with the information she gave us specially it is our first visit to Bangkok.
The hotel is more like home than a hotel. I like it very much.
Hotel was generally very good and professional and well presented as expected of a 5-star hotel.
Facilities and breakfast was excellent.
But had issues with room:
- Bathroom door did NOT close
- Had many issues with washer and drier machine in our apartment. Firstly requires instructions which were not available, and the staff could not explain in english. And secondly the drier broke down.
- Finally, there was a USED razor provided, which I unfortunately used without knowing, this is a SERIOUS health hazard!
I completed shaving and then found RED hair (mine is black) in the razor.
I later learned that new razors are supposed to come sealed in plastic, but this one was not.
I complained to front desk, but not much was done!
