Fantastic hotel, top of the class!
Loved the hotel. The staff and service was excellent, everyone was very helpful and went of their way to make sure we had a perfect stay. The breakfast was also very lovely. Rooms were very large and lovely views from the 30th floor.
Our room was changed from that booked on arrival - not too much of a problem for us, but could have been for anyone else. Overall, it is a super hotel with a deserved reputation for high standards of service...although it should be said that we stayed in other cheaper hotels with equally good (if not better) staff, service and value for money.
