The facility is not new as advertised. The room was older than expected. A location on Sukhumwit would be more convenient for tourist purposes. The top of the wall used glass panels so light from the hallway lit up the room at night, so eyeshades are needed. The staff was friendly. The price is ok, but I stayed at other places in Bangkok which were new or renovated for the same price. If you are familiar with Bangkok and would like to experience another location away from the tourist places, than give it a try.
