Nice and friendly service crew team. The hotel condition is good and the location is good.

i would never stay here again, the reception staff are rude and are unwilling to assist customers, especially the front desk manager "chom". he insisted on copying credit card details onto a piece of paper. very bad i nearly called the police

Its location is perfect for our purpose. The room was clean and good value for the price we got from latestasy.com. Front office staff were friendly and fast. We did not try any of their restaurants, so can't really comment on that but the room service was so so as the foods we ordered were not that yummy and they forget one order. We had to call and remind them to bring it. Food price's reasonable (we had 2 main dishes, a salad, a pot of tea and a beer-the bill was 800 baht only inl tax and ser charge.) Lucky there is a popular Chinese+seafood Restaurant just a few mns away by foot. Some of us went there for dinner and love the food so much. I think it called Goung Seafood or something. One last thing they are a 3 not 4 star as they said on the site. I understand that they are not a new hotel but went through a big renovation not long ago. It looks fresh, modern and nice enough but the hotel seems to forget about a proper walk way for wheelchair user. At the moment (wheelchair) guests have to use the same hidden sidewalk as they use for transporting kitchen stuff (and such) to get into the lobby!!! Not only that it did not look good but it can be very dangerous too.
