The service was very poor. I called the room service coz my TV was not working. I had to call three times to reception and finally I had to go down personally to ask them to send somebody to fix it.Very very slow room service. Apart from that the hotel is located on a very narrow lane and during rain the lane was full of water. The hotel lift had a very foul smell. Staff was not cooperating and started arguing when I was not happy with their service. When I was complaining to the guy at reception he started speaking to a girl in Thai language and both were giving me bad looks like I have killed somebody. Surly I could feel that they were talking about me and saying some bad things about me.
