Prince House Pratunam

Very disappointing ,, first the location described in web and exact location is not same ,, it was stated as facing platinum fashion mall opposite plantip plaza which not true ,, the road leading to the hotel is opposite plantip plaza which is soi 17 ,,, it's located at a very gettho looking area ,, the rooms are extremely small ,even the deluxe once too , there are zero room service ,, anything u ask they won't entertain you , the stuffs are very rude ,To my surprise I return at 4am I saw the hotel stuff sleeping at the lobby , I had to wake them up for my room key, no security and I never felt safe , once you get out off the hotel you will see a lot of ari an man loitering around there, best part no American breakfast were there all I see is bread , butter and coffee/tea , there were coffer/tea , so when I requested for hot water ,, the reply was ' go down n take yourself . As I was using 3pin Plug I requested for the adopter , the reply " was go buy yourself , we don't provide . The room will not be clean when the tidy up all u will see is bed done ,, toiletries reaced ant towels ,, the floor was still not clean . There is no lift to 2nd floor so if u have heavy luggage that's it . The most irritating part of the hotel u are required to open ya shoe before u enter the lobby , which means right at the door step , and also the rooms are too close , well let me tell u , if you Are traveling as a family ,, if ya neighbor having privacy time , you can hear everything ,, I have paid the same amount but with better looking plus breakfast and excellent service , the only convienients was it was located at pratunum market 1 min walk apart from that it's very bad . I really suffered my stay here upon arrival I wanted to cancel but just cause of I'm on budget and paid deposit plus other cancellation charges applies so I had. O choice but to force my stay . Never going to return back here anymore and please don't ever think of staying here .

Bad bathroom, you shower and on the toilet. No shoes alowed indorrs. Very much noise.

Perfect location for those intend come for attire bussiness.
