Pratunam Pavilion

This hotel is really just a place to get a night’s sleep in, if you expect anything more you will be disappointed. The hotel staff is unfriendly, unhelpful, basically couldn’t care less and speak minimum English. The access street running past the front door of the hotel is really crowded and narrow with food vendors everywhere. Our room view was terrible and we just kept the curtains closed. There is a kettle in the room, but don’t expect a mug or complementary coffee sachet. The fridge was empty with no drinks available.
Most disappointing was the breakfast. Too many people and not enough food. The last morning there was literally just toast and jam left, we had to wait 15mins just to get eggs.

This is good hotel just the location is in the middle of market so it is quite noisy n crowed also access to the hotel from Phetchaburi street is not exist so, taxi can't reach to the hotel, we can reach the hotel trough other roads which don't mention in this hotel web...so may be u can make correction for this :D
we can enter the hotel road through Indra Palace or Indra market

Overall experience was good. Very pleasant staffs on hand to assist. a clean and tidy environment. However, the spa & massage section needs a lil bit of work. i was offerred a free 30mins foot massage due to some unforeseen room accident but i couldn't go for it because they were shorthanded and i had to fly the next day. Other than that, the room service needs to be a little bit quicker.
