Breakfast was good, room was comfortable and front office staff excellent. Only exception was the service at the restaurant... That could be improved on. Other than that, hotel was very comfortable.
I'm happy with the room, it's spacious and relatively new. However, we have 2 incidents finding cockroaches in the room and bathroom.
Everything is great except the toilet. More for married couple. But the location is good. Minutes to central world and walking distance to Siam paragon. The platimun shopping mall just below the hotel. Gym has many equipments too. Except no sauna.
