The good service that this hotel has was the free tuktuk transport to Pratunam or to the other soi that near the BTS station. The thing we dont like that the double bed room doesnt have window, and the room has some rancid odor..
Only had twin bed accomodation and on arrival was told hotel was full and internet site should have been closed and show full..was offered 10 star inn to go to--but a room was found but has no wondows and twin beds-and again we were moved to a room with just twin beds,,but windows,,booked double bed online
The staff took a while to warm up to the guests, but otherwise they are very good especially the porter JJ. wonderful man.
