The service provided by the helpdesk at the registration counter is very bad & unfriendly.
Location nice. Breakfast,pool nice. Very irritating that you can´t get out of the door
before the hotel staff almost forces you to take a hotel car to get you to places that
they are marketing such as Thai food, shopping centers a.s.o.
