Un polite front desk staff. They were not willing to change the room type even though they had rooms available. They are only interested in selling their rooms. Modern superior room is a rip off. No closet no chairs - only bed and a mirror with a table beneath. Hotels lacks security.
The photos does not match the real situation of the room. The reception have to be more polite and polite...
