First Hotel

This hotel needs major renovations. The sewrage smell at the lifts is very off putting. And it wouldn't hurt to have tea and coffee facilitys in the room. Location is good. The night of our arrival we had a very grumpy girl at reception maybe she was tired as it was late needless to say we kept away from her for the rest of our stay.

This hotel I will NEVER stay at again. It´s cheap and have a good location, but the last time I understood that the bad happenings before was not just one time problems. AND NOTHING WILL CHANGE!!!
People in dirty normal underwears in the swimmingpool was the biggest problems first time... they were a lot too...and noisy... but I thought that it was a one time experience, so I just not did use the pool at that time.
Next time we choose this hotel we happened to stay near people from the same country that the first stay, who made the problems. They choose to have a loud party... VERY LATE!!!
Good luck I just should stay 1 night this time, so I didn´t really want to make some problems this time, so I just shut up.
The LAST TIME I WILL EVER STAY AT FIRST HOTEL I get my room in a corridor with people from the same country and this time they had children and family in nearby rooms, which made the problems before. Their children choose run and scream between their rooms about 100 times knocking the doors between sometimes. For me I can take that children runs around a bit and are a bit naughty, but when after 100 times I get bored... Would you feel the same?
So I met this family outside the elevator going down a bit later, then I told them that they should tell their children not should disturb the other people at the hotel. He could not understand this. He told me that they were children... That ment in his mind that they could do the same like that do in their country. For me I just thought they were in another country... I thought they should be ruled by the country they are in. But no! They are special... They are above the people in this country!!!
And the staff seems to be ruled by the fact that theese people rent a lot rooms at the same times. They come in big groups. The staff will surely listen and try to help you, but in the end they can and will do nothing.
This is a hotel with good staff, good price and good location, but they are not interested to serve european people first. If you have problem with another one... they will ask YOU if you want to move to another room. They will not ask the problem maker. Because they are a lot... and a lot means money... Not Thai style, but money talks!

It was impossible to get more than 1 small pooltowel,although it was 51 degrees celsius on the plasticbed and we were the only customers. the poolguy was very unpolite and his only job for 5 hours seemed to be to guard the towels. actually he fell asleep several times. but fortunaly he won, we didnt get more towels!! even though we offered to pay for them!
