CLOSE TO PRATUNAM MARKETS YET IN A QUIET LOCATION. VALUE FOR MONEY. BUT NEEDS MORE IMPROVEMENT ON BREAKFAST CHOICES. STAFF VERY HELPFUL.

when i book this hotel, it was stated there the promotions are late check out at 4pm and a can of beer for each as welcome drink. the promotion is up till 31st oct. i booked the room before 31st oct but i checked in on 8th nov. i didn' know that i'm not eligible for the promo eventhough i booked before the promo ends. it was misleading. the room is kinda small but it's ok. the air con was dripping non stop and i have to place 2 towels on the table. there were no more rooms available to change. the water heater is bad. sometimes it's working, sometimes it's not. the toilet flush system is poor.
