Bangkok Palace Hotel

I spent 8 hours at the hotel . disappointed that Wi Fi was not free. I stayed at 10 different locations in Thailand with most allowing free It Connection we at least your complimentary water was free.

Our experience during the stay was ok. But it is not close to the attractions of Bankok, it takes almost one hour with tuk-tuk taxi to get for example to old city grand palace ect.ect. The brekfast is very boring after one day.
We had a bad experience when we forgot an item in the hotel. after numberous of calls and emails where we did not get any kind of answer yes or no if the item still is there are we still waiting for an answer. a little bit weak for a 4 star hotel.

We have booked two rooms as were were 4 of us, two couples, we were given two rooms with one entrance, when we complained we were told to wait as rooms are being cleaned we went out while coming back we were told we could not be removed as we used the room. We were asked to pay extra should we required to be removed. The front office manager screamed at us infront of the other guests. He then apologised and promised next day to give two sepetate rooms and he would upgraded us. Next day, we were given two smoking separate rooms without upgrading. The breakfast is hopeless and we noticed cockrach on the slice of bread. We will never stay in this hotel any more.
