We have stayed in many hotels and this was the single worst experience of our travels to date. The room was disgusting: unclean, stinking of cigarettes and sewage, the facilities not at all what was advertised. Noise from the street pounded all night through the inadequate walls, and the bed had more lumps than a boxer's nose. One man we met in the appallingly overcrowded lifts (a mere 4 closet sized lifts to service 40 floors) displayed to us his collection of bed bug bites all up his legs. We cancelled after one night and went elsewhere. Don't ignore all the other bad reviews about this hotel - we did, thinking it couldn't be all that bad, and we paid heavily for that mistake.
I was a loyal customer of Baiyoke Suite and this was my 4th time stay with them but i am NEVER coming back to this hotel ever. They have not done any upgrade to their hotel in 7 years, everything is just the same and getting worse. The rooms and washroom is smelling really bad and you have to get your rooms sprayed everyday. something or the other is not working and we had a change rooms like 3 times (We reserved 4 rooms in total for 5 nights) but moving your baggage and stuff is always nightmare. The staff have gone unhelpful and very unfriendly. The first thing that you will hear from them in NO and than you have to fight for what you need in this hotel now. This hotel was always my first choice but i am never coming back here every again.
Price on the internet was S$51, but on average it was S$66. What a great different. I booked 2 rooms for 5 night. I was attracted by the promotional price.
