the bed where not made up untill after 2pm each day,, the food at all the outlets was very disapointing we had dinner in all 3 main outlets., the breakfast was a a very low standard, no taste at all and we favored the asian breakfast over western, not worth the trip down each morning, overall very disapointing.
Excellent hotel and fantastic location in middle of Bangkok. Very easy to get to sights, Palace, shopping centers. All services top of the line. Great breakfast was included even at special rate. Outstanding pool and spa.

A very nice hotel, and the location is perfect for shopping, but I found it to be too far from Skytrain. It's hot to walk for 15-20 minuttes in Bangkok. The negatives: The hotel is very expensive if you want something from the minibar, and breakfast is 800 bath. That's more expensive than in Norway.
But it's probably the nicest hotel I ever stayed in, and everyone is very helpfull and nice.
