WIFI accessibility only located on the ground floor, booking attendant takes into consideration our interest by not booking on the same floor with lots of boy-group tourists. nobody offers us any help on rides going out of hotel. Overall, its good for the money but not recommendable.
VERY NICE ACCOMODATION
Very nice hotel.Good rooms and good buffet-breakfast.But too much noise around the lobby,as certain guests use it as a meeting point,and have no respect for the staff or other customers.This is not the first time this has happened,and hoped it would be resolved when i arrived back after a year or so.
