Great hotel but too far away from central Bangkok it is not close to trains or BTS and taxi drivers hate taking you home always want to not turn meter on saying its so far away for them to take.
Close to airports though if your only doing a night, food is good pool is small.
And be careful if upgraded as it only means the room not anything else and i got charged for having an executive drink which was meant to be free in upgrade, check bill carefully at end too as many charges on my bill were added as extras including my rate through latestays, had to argue point forever to get it taken off as this was a confirmation rate they tried to change. rude reception

Comfortable, friendly hotel with helpful staff. Overall excellent value for money
Very very "UNHOSPITABLE" clerk (boy) by the reception, first day of my honeymoon and he didn't even mention about the possibility to check in earlier at a certain fee only after an hour of trying to keep our eyes open sitting here and there like refugees.
Other than this guy, the other staff members are great, very hospitable.
