Basic small rooms, but reasonably clean (for Thailand) and all the necessary amenities. A/C, Fridge, large enough safe for a 15" computer, hot water, soap and shampoo, two small bottles of water daily and comfy mattress. The pillows could be replaced (They are like cottage cheese) and the rooms are on the small size, but overall a pleasant place to stay. we stayed roughly in the middle of the building on the east side and noise from Khao San was not noticeable.

Room to near the street , noisy in the night , hotel guest slamming door in the middle of the night.

The rooms are small but very clean and modern, the staff are lovely and the roof top pool was great for cooling off from the stinking hot weather, I would definitely stay here again, the location and price was awesome. Highly recommend!
