KS Guesthouse

When I made the reservation online, it was confirmed that its 2 single beds and that was also shown on the photo of the room. Also, the room is kinda small and photos didn't show the actual look of the room. The bathroom is a bit small - about a meter in width and 3 in length. Water supply is abundant and they also have heater inside the washroom. The televesion is a bit outdated and the receiving area is unorganized. The entire hotel needs some repaint but A/C was excellent! There's a lot of flying insects - perhaps mosquito - at the mini lounge located at the second floor. Maybe because of the small fountain with some koi fish. A plus for free WIFI but you need to ask the password from the front desk. Also, comes with double lock doors so don't forget to bring spare padlock. Lastly, best location! Near to so many attractions, temples, parks, shopping center, etc! Good value for money to those on tight budget and not so picky when it comes to accodomation.

KS house we used to stay 3 nights, we like there clean, friendly staff.

I would not stay here again. The address is not kaosan road as it is listed. Unfriendly service and kids watching cartoons in the lobby till all hours so you have trouble sleeping.
