Hotel charges extra VAT tax when you check out on top of Latestays charges.
If you book through hotel site, they do NOT charge you VAT tax when you check out. It is a double charge ! Our room was not ready when we arrived, reservation lady said we would have to wait 30 minutes until room is cleaaned. I asked if she would give us comlimentary food in the reastaurant while we waited. She said the manager was not around to do that for us. So we went to restaurant and ate and waited until room was ready. I work in Hotel business. My hotel would have given free food while customer waited. The hotel is in need of new paint and carpet in every room. There is mold in bathrooms too.
I will never stay here again.

Breakfast waitress told me ..I can not put down my bag another chair. I have to put on the floor.
They need more table space for another customer. They close down some section...

Very pleasant, efficient and helpful staff. Good general location for business in region.
