Good value when discounted as there are just so many options in bkk
the room is very dirty the cooking equitment is very dirty
The hotel is new, the rooms are nice and it's in a great location, unfortunately I received poor service and that let the whole experience down. The 2 rooms I booked were not ready when I tried to check in at 4pm, no welcome basket was aupplier, the reception staff were slow, not particularly friendly or helpful despite there being at least 4 of them at the desk at all times.
