Good service rendered by the staff. Location is not bad
I love this hotel. The staff and helpful and it is in a great location (although no foot massage places nearby!)
The balconies are not great. There is no room and it's noisy if the the airconditioning units are running. I don't want to recommend it too highly - just in case the prices go up and it gets booked out!

Convenient, nice and safe hotel location in a quiet, tree-lined side street, 3 min walk to BTS skytrain Chidlom and several shopping malls and restaurants. Very friendly staff around the clock, nice breakfast room (in- and outdoors by the pool on 5th floor), various breakfast dishes. Good restaurant with a bar ("Artur"); great spa (try the thai massage - very professional therapists and absolutely affordable). The apartment was very spacious, good furniture and beautiful teakwood floor; great city views! Unfortunately no balcony (a small one used only for aircon equipment). Only drawback: aircondition a bit too noisy. All in all a wonderful, relaxed stay. No group tours or daily check-in/check out noise, quiet atmosphere over breakfast and at the pool area. I definitely would go there again!
