large comfortable room,excellent bathroom. very good breakfast, superb views from bar, minutes from malls.
I have visited Bangkok apprx.6 times per year the last 6 years and I have NEVER been so positively surprised than this time at Anantara Baan. This hotel has a fantastic location - quiet, nice and convenient. Very close to Vila Supermarket, Skytrain and just a 5 minute taxi ride to the night market. Walking distance to both Central World and Siam Paragon. The condition of the hotel is VERY nice. Pricewise it is reasonable. Breakfast is good - only thing missing is more variety in breads and cold cuts. If this hotel had a loyalty/members club - I would definately sign up and use it every time I visit Bangkok. Only negative things I can think of is the time of getting a taxi to the hotel - the guard has to walk to the main road and that the poolarea is in shadow most of the day.
