Hotel is new and the location is very close to the sky train, the service at reception by some staff leaves much to be desired. I asked for late check out and was given dirty look and asked to check the next day. Huh??? And when I was checking out, I was overcharged. I had to fish out documentation to prove i had paid a deposit upon booking and the staff counter checked on their computer and paperwork. And guess what? They had the hardcopy information right in front of them the whole time and it was even marked with a tick the balance I was suppose to pay. And even then, no apology. The feeling leaves one tired and so fellow travelers beware that this place has bad attitude and is sloppy in service. Breakfast is decent and room was clean.
I love this hotel but I was unpleasant for buffet breakfast as they showed the menu label differ from original menu. It was a big mistake for their client because they had a lot of kind of client, such as Muslim, Chinese etc.
It is a hotel but no money exchange service. The room is clean and the service is good. Although the location is near the BTS, it is not noisy. Good hotel.
