Karnmanee Palace Hotel

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are rude and don't make you feel welcome. I had better service at another hotel in Bangkok that was half the price!!! I also had to wait 90 minutes for the same meal my mother ordered at the SAME time I ordered - and then they told me they hadn't even started to cook the meat!!! Don't waste your time - the only good thing about this hotel is that it is in walking distance of Chatuchak Markets - but your better of taking a taxi.

If you have any issues whilst at the hotel , the staff canot and wllnot involve anyone senior . be aware we agreed a price on arrival and they altered this at checkout.

We reserved a superior room and we had the worst room of our trip. The pictures on the brochure of the hotel are really good but don't reflect the reality. They are old and dirty. The wall and the the ceiling of the bathroom were totally moldy. The air-con didn't work. We asked to change of room. The bathroom was also moldy but the air-con worked... It should have been a good hotel but it really needs some renovation works.
