Very tired, Untidy, need of decoration, pool green, unclean, food only catered for Thai ,No western food available and inflexible staff and kitchen, car park atttendant anly seen for tips. Hotel, money focused not service.
Lived in thailand for 2 years plenty of better value and nicer places, this is a hotel like a conveyor belt, hundreds in and out all day.
We were advised to even go to a differnt hotel for food, by there own management said it all!!!!

rooms are furnished to a very basic and sparce standard. not particularly clean there is no swimming pool, no hotel info in rooms no safety deposit box no minibar no tea coffee making but it looked great in the photos! all crockery in restaurant chipped dirty plates in the corridors left for hours on end in the daytime
