Lugaris Sea The Home Concept is situated less than 200 metres from Bogatell Beach in the Sant Marti district of Barcelona. Just 6 metro stops from the city center.

Lugaris Sea Apartments feature contemporary design and have a fridge, microwave and oven. Each apartment also has a seating area, flat-screen TV and washing machine.

• Lugaris Sea The Home Concept will block €200 as a deposit for three days after the check-out date in order to check that the apartments' condition is the same as it was at the guests' arrival.
• The guest will sign a contract upon arrival in order to accept the Lugaris The Home Concept regulations.
• Reservations must be made at least three days before the arrrival time.
• Check-in to the apartment is from 4pm. Check-ins after 9pm will be subject to a surcharge of €30 and check-ins after 1am at night up to 8am in the morning will be subject to a surcharge of €80.
IMPORTANT: Should the client fail to inform us of their arrival time or should they be delayed in the previously confirmed arrival time, they must note that Lugaris will only answer the arrivals telephone until 1am at night.
• Check-out, the maximum time for check-out is 11am. On exiting the apartment, clients should leave the keys in our Central Offices, located at C/ De Vidal i de Valenciano, 14. The apartment should be perfectly clean and in a perfect state of repair. Should this not be the case, the initial deposit will not be returned.
Loss of keys will be subject to a surcharge of €30.
