Barcelona's Lugaris The Home Concept Apartments feature a spacious dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, one or two bedrooms and one or two bathrooms. Additionally, the apartments offer a wide range of complimentary services such as cleaning packages, parking and a free Wi-Fi internet connection in the entire facility.

All our apartments are provides with free Wi-Fi Internet Access, LCD TV, oven, cooker, refrigerator, microwave oven, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, 4 sets of plates, cutlery, glasses and wine glasses, kitchen utensils, Nespresso machine, iron, ironing board, cold/hot air conditioning, bedlinen and towels, sofa, chairs for 4 people, safe deposit(1.5?day) (standard laptop measurements) and hairdryer.

Lugaris The Home Concept will block 200? as a deposit for three days after the check-out date in order to check that the apartments' condition is the same as it was at the guests' arrival.
The guest will sign a contract upon arrival in order to accept the Lugaris The Home Concept regulations.
Reservations must be made at least three days before the arrrival time.
Lugaris The Home Concept apartments are located at Rambla del Poblenou 16. But the office and reception are located at Calle Fernando Poo 29.
Check-in to the apartment is from 4pm. Check-ins after 8pm will be subject to a surcharge of 30E and check-ins after 12am at night up to 8am in the morning will be subject to a surcharge of 80E. Check-ins will be made at the offices located at Calle Fernando Poo no. 29. IMPORTANT: Should the client fail to inform us of their arrival time or should they be delayed in the previously confirmed arrival time, they must note that Lugaris will only answer the arrivals telephone (+34 648784702) until 1am at night.
Check-out, the maximum time for check-out is 11am. On exiting the apartment, clients should leave the keys in our Central Offices, located at Calle Fernando Poo no. 29. The apartment should be perfectly clean and in a perfect state of repair. Should this not be the case, the initial deposit will not be returned.
Loss of keys will be subject to a surcharge of 30?.
