The capital of the Eastern Cape province, Port Elizabeth (or PE) is located on the southeastern coastline of Africa, known as the Sunshine Coast. Fittingly so, as temperatures are moderate to warm all year round. It is a major sea port, and an important centre for the South African motor industry. Within the city there are numerous historical attractions and lush, landscaped parks.
