Resorts World Sentosa - Festive Hotel

This is my first time booking with AsiaWeb, i have found their services good and have no complains about them. The hotel choice was based on my research on location and price, basically i focused on what i needed. I was surprised i found a room on this site elsewhere there was none, during school peak season. I thank Jesus for that. However, i was still cautious about booking at an unfamiliar site. I thank the reviews that other travelers had contributed as i was making my choice, and i am now taking upon my share to bless others here. Concerning Festive Hotel in Singapore, the only complain i have is about my room condition. Upon check-in i found my balcony lock broken and signs of break-in. I call Guest Service (Front desk didn't answer)to ask for another room since i just arrived. The lady was impatient and provided slow responses, even to check the availability of another room, she was a bit rude too. After putting down the phone, i went to the lobby reception and so happened was attended by the supervisor whom handled the matter promptly and changed my room. During this time, a call came in to report this matter. I consider that slow service, because i think a phone call would be quicker than me pulling all my luggage from the room to the lobby, had to wait for the lifts, then talk to the supervisor too. Not to focus too much on the negative the location was good to the Universal Studios but bit further than Micheal and Crockfords. I was taught a short cut using the escalators. I also had an hour late checkout, and they had a luggage room to hold my luggage after checkout. On the whole i would say my stay was good.

The hotel was very nice . the room was exelent spitial for family travilng with kids > every thing was great.

Festive Hotel is an excellent family hotel. The pool facility was fantastic and the bedroom was divine - we felt particularly pleased that our kids could share the same room as us, and LOVED the bunk bed. The walk to the island centre was short and enjoyable, and the fact that we were staying on Sentosa did not matter as the monorail was brilliant to VivoCity. Thank you Festive Hotel for a fabulous stay on Sentosa/Singapore!
