The room was very small for a Premier quality room. I was not impressed that I could only get late checkout if I paid a fee of half a days room rate or SG$150.00 which ever was greater. I would have thought that for the price of this hotel, a late checkout should be complimentary.
This hotel boasted of it's free WiFi. However I found the WiFi to be extremely unreliable. It would drop out continuously and then losa all data before requiring yet another login.
When i complained to reception about this, I was told that an IT person would be sent to my room to see what the problem was. No one ever came.

Excellent service by staff, very good location, rooms had everything I needed & I especially enjoyed the Nespresso machine. Will stay there next time I go to Singapore.
