Description of rooms on the Web site are very misleading - which part of the room is in a colonial style? Where is the questrian theme in the decor apart from two prints on the wall? People booking the rooms should be warned that the rooms have no windows apart from one tiny one by the front door.
The staff are friendly but the cleanliness has to improve because I had a toddler travelled with me and requested an extra bed. When they brought it to us, I saw the mattress was very dirty and no extra blanket for him. Also our room was at 2nd storey and there is no lift and I had to carry my big lugage by myself to the room. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
Great staff. Hotel AC struggled to keep us cool.
