Pan Pacific Orchard’s Rejuvenation from 25 April 2012

Let us take this opportunity to express our sincere appreciation for your continuous support and partnership. 2012 is going to be an exciting year for Pan Pacific Orchard as we embark on our refurbishment programme from the 2nd quarter to deliver an enhanced guest experience in line with the refreshed Pan Pacific brand aspiration.

Scope of work

The refurbishment will commence on 25 April 2012 and we expect the project to be completed by the end of September 2012. Administered in phases, the 20-week enhancement programme will cover majority of our guestrooms with light refurbishments on some of our public areas.

Guest rooms
- Upon completion, our new guest rooms will feature comfortable interiors soothed by the Pacific Touch conveying a sense of space and calm. This will involve the installation of new furnishings, fittings, amenities and technologies a modern-day traveller would appreciate. Rooms will also be upgraded with both cabled and wireless high-speed broadband access.

Public areas
- Our public areas including the Lobby Lounge and meeting venues will undergo a light refurbishment with minimal disruption to guests.

Business as usual

We want to assure you that all efforts are being made to ensure that guest impact is kept to a minimum. During this period, it is business as usual at the hotel. Therefore new bookings will be accepted (subject to availability at time of booking) and existing bookings will be honoured. Our restaurants, bar, spa and other facilities will still be operational and the opening hours remain unchanged.
