The worst hotel I've stayed through late stays. I couldn't believe that hotel is in Singapore! Nothing Like it is advertised. Would never stay there again.
The hotel is old ,rundown and eerie. The aircond was not working in our room and there were ants on the bedsheets. We requested another room and was given a upgraded room but had a power failure upon using the iron. the breakfast was terrible and the service was very bad as they started to clear the buffet while we were still eating at 9.30am and was scolded to hurry up. horrible experience and bad surrounding area for kids.
The location of the hotel is what made us choose Grand Central. However, the room is filthy it seems that the housekeeping staff are not cleaning the room properly.
