The room was spacious, but the ensuite was very small. Location is a plus factor - with Farrer Park MRT just behind, a mall and Mustafa shopping centre accross the road.
The staff was good. Breakfast was a downturner on a couple of days.

I have booked in for 11 th 2.00pm to 12th 12.00 pm,the front counter person called himself Jess and ask me to pay extra $50 for early check in on 12th morning at 6.30 am, even i explain that i have already booked in the room from previous day, he purposly asking for money. I refused and was waiting untill another front counter person took over. Horrible.
My flight from phuket was delayed by 5 hours and tired and arrived to this hotel early morning 6.30am thinking to have a shower and a small nap and confronted a front counter idiot asking extra for his pocket.
