Staff very polite and helpful. Hotel located near big shopping malls (mustafa 24hours open). got free upgrade to room on upper floor with window. internet connection very good. bus station nearby. train station Lavender in walking distance
We were surprised by the lack of window, not goog for the claustrophobes..

this hotel was said to be located in little india when in fact it is tten minuts walk from little india. the rooms although small are clean, note if you dont get a superiour romo you have no window.. very claustrophobic. the beds hve rubber sheet covers so the sheets slip around all night, and the staff are in the corridor cleaning the rooms (!) from around 2am on wards, moving dragging furniture etc. very noisy. the front desk staff helpful and friendly and good free interenet connection.
