overall a good hotel, but wi-fi was not working in rooms. had lot of problems in using intenet. staff is good and cooperative
Hotel is OK; but rate is high; it should be around 100-120 Sing$.
staff very discourteous; inspite of being overcharged for kid below twelve. absolutely no facilities offered; even drinking water not supplied; basically seems to be a budget hotel geared to accomodate tourists in tours who do not demand basic facilities!!! rest assured will certainly NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to near and dear ones.
