I drove a Malaysian car, and it was bit of a hassle getting out of the car park. I had to intercom the security to open the barrier, which took some time.
This sometimes caused cars behind me to honk, thinking that I was the cause of the delay.

Great location and very good service. The facilities are not new but very well maintained.
Everything is ok except that the pillow is too soft and in the end we cannot sleep the whole night. There is no other selection for pillows types and remarkably the attendance replied us saying" Of course the pillow at home is alwyas better". What a stupid answer and any idiot knows that at home is always better than hotels. For the amount that we pay, there is should be some reserve options. Lucky we only book for 1 night, so we will scrap this hotel from our list.
