i arrived in the evening with my reservation paid for 10% but no room available. As i am a lonely woman they given me a service room for the first night without tell me how the key to close the door was working....i felt really annoied by the very bad condition of this hotel and the stff started be helpfull ONLY whne i complained to ASIA WEB that it was 23.45 in the evening and this hotel was overbooked so they called the person in charge but i slept one night in a service room and next day in a single room little bit more bigger than a coffin. Sorry in all my life i nver being trated so bad form an hotel.
