Great location with very helpful staff, especially concierge staff.
Good value for money and good location. Facilities seemed a bit outdated and the breakfast was good but unimaginative. Staff was friendly and helpful.
We were travelling as a family, 2 adults and 3 children. The Allson is not a family friendly hotel. The reception did not honour our reservation details and so we were required to pay extra at checkout.
